Ben Soifer began his real estate career in the San Fernando Valley, earning Rookie of the Year recognition before quickly shifting his focus from selling to acquiring. By his early thirties he had accumulated a portfolio of multi-residential properties in Los Angeles, before pivoting to what he describes as Phase 2 — exchanging smaller local holdings for larger retail and multi-family opportunities across the country.
For the past two decades, Ben has focused exclusively on commercial real estate: sourcing income-producing assets, building relationships with capital partners, and helping accredited investors access the same strategies that institutional investors rely on.
