Our Story

Money Management Investment Fund, LLC was formed in response to investor demand.  The fund will seek to acquire income producing properties located in certain markets in the US. Active management of acquired assets is key to achieving successful and consistent returns. We utilize local brokers and management companies to make sure we are competitive and efficient with our investments.  The fund is seeking to acquire loans which meet our diligence and investment guidelines. The guidelines for lending are typically the same as those recommended by the DRE.
