About Money Management Investment Fund LLC

Financial Freedom

For All

Financial Freedom

For All

A nonprofit organization committed to empowering entrepreneurs, supporting small business owners, and protecting animals in need — funded by our belief that giving back is not optional.

Our commitment: Money Management Investment Fund LLC donates 10% of its asset management fee directly to Financial Freedom For All — every year, forever = evergreen

Our Belief

Built on the Belief That
Opportunity Should Be Shared

Financial Freedom For All was founded by the team at Money Management Investment Fund LLC with a simple conviction: the tools, knowledge, and opportunities that create financial independence should not be reserved for the few.

Through this nonprofit, we provide grants to business owners and entrepreneurs, support the investment community, and give back to animals in need — because financial freedom means more when it extends beyond your own balance sheet.

Complete transparency is core to how we operate. Every dollar donated is tracked, reported, and directed where it creates the most impact.

"Living is continually inspiring yourself — and others. Financial Freedom For All exists because we believe the people most passionate about building something real deserve a hand up, not just advice."

What We Do

Three Ways We Give Back

Financial Freedom For All operates across three areas of impact — each rooted in community, education, and compassion.

Grants for Business Owners

We provide grants to entrepreneurs, startups, and established businesses looking to grow or expand within the investment community. From accounting firms to construction companies, any business with a vision and a plan is eligible to apply.

Investment Community Support

Financial Freedom For All is committed to growing the broader ecosystem of people building wealth through real estate and investment. We believe an informed, empowered community creates better outcomes for everyone in it.

Animals in Need

Over one million animals need shelter, care, and forever homes every year. Through events like Paws for a Cause, we raise awareness and direct donations toward the organizations working hardest to protect them.

Furry Friends

Paws for a Cause

Our annual Paws for a Cause event brings together the community to raise awareness and funds for animals in urgent need. In 2024, we were joined by incredible sponsors who share our belief that every animal deserves care, safety, and a home.

Together, we are building a community where animals in need receive the love and help they deserve — and where full transparency in giving is the standard, not the exception.

Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and helped spread the word.

Grants Program

Who Is Eligible for a Grant?

Financial Freedom For All is designed to support a wide range of businesses and entities working within the investment community.

Business Startups

New businesses — including insurance companies, accounting firms, law practices, construction companies, and development companies — are eligible to apply. If you are building from scratch and have a clear vision, this program exists for you.

Expanding Businesses

Established companies looking to venture into a new area or expand their existing services within the investment community are also eligible. The criteria is not newness — it is purpose, direction, and a demonstrable commitment to the community.

Investment Professionals

Brokers, consultants, advisors, and other professionals operating in or adjacent to the real estate investment space are welcome to apply. Any organization that believes in paving the way to financial freedom for their clients qualifies.

Real Estate & CRE Organizations

Companies and organizations that support commercial real estate investment, education, and wealth-building are at the core of this program. The entire investment community is eligible — the barrier is passion and plan, not pedigree.

Grant Applications

How the Application Process Works

The application is designed to be straightforward. The focus is on your plan and your impact — not your history.

Determine Your Eligibility

Any business, organization, or entity operating within the investment community is eligible to apply. You do not need to be a startup — businesses looking to expand into a new area are equally welcome. If your work supports financial education, real estate investment, or community wealth-building, you qualify.

Submit Your Application & Business Plan

Applications include a business plan that outlines how your organization is working to help the investment community. Ben Soifer personally reviews each submission to ensure that the funding goes where it creates the most impact. The goal is not just to give — but to optimize each grant for the applicant's long-term success.
